Open Source Mugen Free Mugen Stuff

Hello MugenFreeForAll.I have a question about open source stuff involving mugen?Is there anyway of me getting sprites that i can use from mugen characters and using them for my projects?For example.I want to use some of the characters fx sparks in a video game i am creating and i want to be able to sell the game with the fx that i have used in mugen without being fine with copyright infringement?If anyone knows where i can get some open source mugen characters.Can you please tell me where?(Sorry if this question sounds stupid)

see the problem is.

majority of mugen characters roughly 95% of them  (which is about over 10,000) are using sprites from other licensed games, and using that and selling is illegal.

in terms of effects and hitsparks and stuff, again majority of the characters out there use effects from other games, I myself use effects from MVC in particular.

You can not sell them as it is there (companies) original work, and you would be fined.
