Anyone know how to disable the kofxiii power on certain characters, like Elizabeth by P-tan???

delete the sprite of the power bar

I guess he meant the Supercancel system as well.. not just the sprites..
If you want to delete the sprites..
you can Load char in Fighter Factory and delete the sprites like @cldz said.
if you want to remove it from char's entire system. then you'll have to remove the states from Cns files along with the sprites .
