I still need to pick this up. It looks like a lot of fun. I'm glad to see Nintendo get a larger variety with their games. It seems Nintendo's trying new things with the games on the Wii U. Look's like it's been working so far.

Yeah i heard its been a pretty good game so far. I mean putting the idea of "Paint Ball" in a shooter game with some extremes was cleaver on Nintendo part.

For those who are playing Splatoon their will be a major update for the game coming around 8/6/2015.  It will include new online Modes, maps, weapons, and gear

The two new weapons:

Slosher bucket:

 

Gatling-style Splatling:

Wow hard to believe this game is already year old. and the Fanbase is still huge........
