Comments: 2 more obscure chars I'd like to share

Nico TV/Terebi-chan: If you've ever heard of Nico Nico Douga, a Japanese video site that's similar to You Tube than you should recognize this little TV. She's the mascot of that website and was made in Mugen by 夜業. Her AI is excellent. I'm surprised that she's not one of the Nijikaku characters.

Urisk Peallaidh: This oddly named char is obscure and one of the newer Nijikaku chars. His AI's basic and is pretty much a living oil drum with fast attacks and is another unique addition to the roster. He's associated with some rock song and this symbol: î⌐=3, which looks different in game. I'll always wonder who's under that oil drum though.
