but you can use " pi " in mugen.

 

i've seen it used for stuff like

 

360/pi

 

and stuff like that. so i guess +pi

If you mean add004pie, its a special program that enables a special tag code made specifically for the add004 tag system. Just add it to your roster and play. Its pretty cool.
