0 JokerintheButt Posted January 4, 2015 Posted January 4, 2015 Then if you consider that one from your shotscreen is by masa, you're not right because that's just the fido one with a different portrait masa did not actually made a Dhalsim based on the champion edition but with a custom gameplay ssf2/SF2 on it just by pressing Enter. I'm not sure if this person edited Dhalsim's potrait in this blog that I found but it says that MASA made a different Dhalsim: http://360mugenworld.blogspot.com/2011/06/street-fighter-2-mugen-edition-by.html plus keep in mind that MASA sometimes deletes old characters like his 'CE Chun Li.
