Yes, I have found him in the KOF Kyo Full game by ShiniGami Addi's friend

I believe this has the AI Patch, IIRC when I have this Kusanagi in the past (Damn it, I shouldn't have delete it ) he doesn't have AI. Anyway Have fun!
