TATSUNOKO VS CAPCOM LIFEBARS - ONLY

I want Tatsunoko vs capcom because i tried to download it but the problem is that the lifebar is in the screenpack when i tried downloading the screenpack and all i get an error can someone please send me the lifebar only?
