A old 7up soda mascot, who mostly appeared in commercials and got a Genesis game, called Fido Dido, FYI. He was made by Warioman, but Wlanmaniax edited him, and he's actually decent, aside from a poorly coded projectile. He's got 3 hypers, but only 1 special, which is a poorly coded gun shot. That's basically it...............
