Have Trouble Identifying a Weird Old Anime

At Walt Disney World, there was one channel that showed only old anime from the 60s-80s. One show I watched had a giant crow stealing children, so two kids put wind-up babies to deceive the creature. The crow has glowing yellow eyes and spoke with a very feminine voice. At the end of the epsiode, the crow turned into a statue of a woman, and cried a tear. We later see the statue in a field, as the kids passed it. The end credits had the two kids walk around as a very repetitive song that said "Hey hey hey" over and over again, like some Fat Albert remix. Does anyone know the name of this obscure show?
