Rockman Infinity Mugen by Ukege

Hey everyone, would somebody please be so kind as to tell me how to play this :

 

 

 

 I have downloaded it and yet there's no exe file in the package. Do I install it in my Mugen like a character and then select it in the select screen to play the game?

well i set up the characters as i would as any other mugen character, and the stage as reg stage and it works i pic rockman on practice and the boss and chose the megaman stage and it went through as normal

 

ps u must be megaman must fight boss and select rockman stage together cant choose a dif character,stage, etc.

.jpg is an image data like wehen you download a picture no mugen data or folder oO
