Colour problems with Elias Patrick by Inverse

I am a fan of Rage of the Dragons and Elias is one of my favourite characters. Unfortunately I can't find any version of him but the one made by Inverse. While it is true to the game and great and all, It seems to have some problems with the colour. For some reason every palette i choose is a dark purple and black and I have no idea how to fix it or where to start. Any ideas?

Do you have one for Oni as well? Iverse' Oni does it too.

no the oni i use is by Ryowin , but all u have to do is give his files a Run through Dos2win and it should fix the problem, that what i did with Elias
