I'm okay with that too as a matter of fact. However, since we're talking criminal bosses, you might go for Rugal as a valid completion. After all, he's a crime boss too. Plus if you, let's say, like CvS2 and seeing that Geese is a boss in that game just like Rugal, you'd have a CvS2 - Fatal Fury'is team then.
