hl3 lifebar

i have a lifebar named hl3 (http://sdrv.ms/1cwjxPc) the problem is that i cant scale it for 640 x 480 or what ever it is . plz do help me to scale and another problem is if i press any action button (A, B, C, X ,Y,Z)  before ready then game do not work

in the mugen.cfg ,there are some new settings. just go thru it and you will see some scaling settings to resolution stuff.

you can't scale lifebars, with out completely re-coding them. unless your using 1.1 which should auto scale it?

i am using mugen 1.1 and no scaling there,      what about my second problem
