It's called "Yatagarasu Attack on Cataclysm" and it's being developed by 3 ex Snk developers, I believe some of you might have used some Yatagarasu 4 characters on mugen. So, the game is being crowd funded and hasn't reacehd its goal yet. They plan to add some characters,new story and improve the online. Give it a check if you can, it's always nice to help the few people who still try to make fighting games for pc.
