+Nice effects +Gameplay is pretty solid, It reminds me of unlimited cruise +Collisions are nicely done. -Sprites need a little bit of cleaning but I don't think they look that bad. -In state 2200, 2401 & 2501, when the hyper strikes the opponent he gains power, simply add Getpower = 0 in the hitdefs. Thats my feedback, hope it helps. I'm keeping him hoping you'll make a marco in the future. :)

@S0knasful, No bro, remember your WB is too big that means your mugen is 1280,720 so you must use Whitebeard_1280 to have him at normal size, it has some big scaling issues so I made a double release for 640,480 and 1280,720 mugen
