MvC3 Lifebar by Hloader- 640x480 low-res patch by me

I'd like to thank ArtistofLegacy for giving me suggestions on how to fix the problem for those who play MUGEN at 640x480. I fixed the fight.def file for the MvC3 lifebars by Hloader so they'll be fit for 640x480 resolution. So here you go. Make sure you have those lifebars already.
