Mr.Steve81 was originally working on this character about 3 years ago. Due to life and other duties he was never able to finish it. (OH and laziness)

So he sent him over to me way back then.

 

Im offically starting work on him to finish him up.

 

Majority of the character is done by Mr.Steve81.
