[PS3] Grand Theft Auto Vice City (How to Fix Blurry issue)

When you first start the game and gain control of Tommy, The game will look a bit.. horrible. Its got some wierd Motion Blur / Blurry / Trails thing on.

 

to greatly improve the overall graphics.

 

Press Start

Go to "Display"

go to "trails" and turn it off.

That will make the overall game look alot better.

 

Next

Press the PS button

go to "Other Settings"

Turn off BOTH settings.

the screen will flicker then come back on.

 

and There ya go, Sharp looking PS2 games.
