Saturn (BETA) released, other Sailors updated! (1/24/2013)

After many weeks of tweaking, Sailor Saturn has been released in beta form.

Known issues:
-Missing hitsparks
-Odd hitsounds
-No sounds on throws
-Damage values odd on certain hypers

Feedback is welcome.

 

It should also be noted that after a full, non-beta release of Saturn, I will be taking a break from working on stuff for Mugen due to college classes. Any updates to Saturn will still be made and released, but as far as new Sailors there won't be any for a long time.
