Edited off of Sander's Goro

I'm not a big fan of Goro so as far as I can tell the only difference is he added the KOFXIII NEOMAX,made it compatible with KOFMLv2 and coded it for 1.0 (i could be wrong about the last part,i havent tried changing the version in the def)
