Fuck, were you serious? Well, the thing is really easy to understand, being a KOF boss he's a bit overpowered. Also, it depends of which Rugal you play of couse; if you play any accurate 98 Rugal (normal) it's OK, but if you play any other Rugal the thing goes in a fag way. No offense, that's just my opinion (which is kinda based in my experiences playing KOF 2K2).

Deadpool hasn't a good AI if may I say, I'd recommend you fight Infinite's Cable, from all of his stuff, he has the best AI. Yet other choice could be fight KoopaKoot's Kula (AI patched), but she's a pain in the ass.
