No need to hate any character. F1 is your friend! Now seriously, I dislike sometimes a character when the spritework is awesome whereas his gameplay is totally broken. Ucoz is a great werehouse, when you try to build your mugen roster as fast as possible. However, I really doubt if any uploader ever tested the hosted chars. I've downloaded good chars with low ratings and many buggy/glitchy/outdated ones with high ratings. Many preview youtube videos no longer exist. Ucoz hosts online chars as well.Yet, they never post info about the authors site and they keep on hosting the older releases.

As far as the select icons with the wrong size, its the specific char,ex. Dabura from Dgz Team.

It's hi-res winmugen (Plus). Hyper Dimension style chars = DBZ chars from the SNES game DragonBall Z Hyper Dimension.

Indeed. It's not a perfect SP. I am using this SP for my complete DBZ game. I haven't switched to any other SP, cause I prefer the old DBZME2 feel.Not to mention, emuboarding's work is still praised. You can edit the sff and rename the super butoden titles to Dragonball z mugen edition 2 in order to make the SP look accurate according to the intro. Personally, I like it the way it is.

Shouldn't this post be in the VS series? Feedback: He is solid character. The only drawback I find is the denjin hodoken. Its unblockable and you do a loop combo with that super. You forgot to add that this is a WinMugen character. Works fine in Mugen 1.0, though.

KOF Omega Rugal. My god, he is SO CHEAP!!! Also, the final Boss in the arcade game, Pit Fighter. The whole game was broken,btw. Onslaught was the easiest Boss for me.
