  1. Someone was working on a character that is basically its own SFII:WW fullgame but what you're describing is actually much simpler.  It wouldn't be much harder to do than making any other character.

You might enjoy one of the current Neo Geegus characters that exist for Mugen.  They tend to have a bunch of not-source-accurate attacks.  There's also Kuroko from Samurai Shodown 2.  He has a crazy amount of special attacks, mostly fireballs.  There's another SS character with a bunch of goofy attacks like that, but I forget his/her/its name.

Thats what I thought, it doesn't sound hard to make, (for those who know how to, I suck at coding) which is why im surprised no one has done it yet!

  2. We have rules about posting in old threads in the W.I.P topics among others. Please try to take note of the previous post time. If it looks like it hasn't been posted in, in a while, then refrain from posting there. The exception to this rule applies when you are necro-bumping your own topics.

    oops, sorry lol

  3. Has anyone ever made a Street Fighter or Mortal Kombat character that is a mix of everyone in the game? (or as many as possible)

I envision it two ways, one the sprites of the character just change to whomever move you're executing, or the character is just all black (shadows)

Someone must have done something like this before, right? So I'm requesting to know haha

Unless there is a move limit to how many specials you can do, I would really love a character, like say a Street Fighter, and if you do lets say the common d,f punch commands... heavy punch = hadoken, medium = yoga flame, light = tiger fireball.... etc.

If this has never been done... is anyone interested in making it? Perhaps even run polls on which of the default punches and kicks should be used, and then the special moves... choosing the top 3 most wanted moves for each button assignment?

  4. MKP is still Mugen, but it also has coding in it to allow your characters to do fatalities and what not. The characters for MKP can easily be made compatible with Mugen, just look up a simple guide of how to, but sometimes hit detections and throws are designed for MKP style, so they look weird in regular Mugen.

I already made this character for regular Mugen anyway... so cut the creator some slack for making a MKP version.

  5. what are you making?

    A stage.

On the right side you can see the water is already added (it animates a flowing effect)... I want to know how to keep the same animation, and flip it vertical for the left sides animation?

P.S: the water effect is another layer animation.

  6. I'm sure there was a way I saw once where you could mirror/reverse a sprite/animation so that you can, say for the reason I want it, have two streams of water running into the middle of the screen from both directions of the screen.

How do I reverse the images in the stages .def file?

  7. Cool Character I Also Loved Your MK Batman Are You Planning To Make 2 Face And The Rest Of The Batman Cast Form That Game?

No, sorry. Wasn't much of a fan of that game, I just always thought the graphics would suit MK, but they looked pretty compared to them when I made that char.

(updated since this picture, the sprite shadows are no longer there)

I give to you, The Undertaker. This is completely 100% made by me, and the sprites are ripped by me as well, so don't get this confused with a previous shitty version of this character someone released a while back.

This Undertaker has all the moves from the Arcade classic. The moves may not be done exactly the same, but I hope that doesn't stop you from enjoying this release.

This taker comes with all the specials, the Tombstomb piledriver, the choke slam, the tombstomb smashes, demon projectiles and a shit load more. Also includes a shit load of sounds that are not just of The Undertaker, but commentary parts from Vince McMahon and Jerry Lawler taken from the Arcade game as well.

This has taken a while to make, so I hope it's near perfect. I beleive this is the best character I have made so far.

NOTE: There are some things that still need to be done for this character, as pointed out by Staubhold. However, due to getting married soon, birthdays, honeymoon and xmas', I may not have the time to finish it this year. I do give permission to anyone who would like to edit and fix the throws or remove som unneeded pixels, but I know you won't do it for little ole me :P
