Thanks guys ^^ I'll maybe try to fix the colors for intro/wins sprites soon...

It was just an intent to make a more interesting goutetsu than the palette swap SF3's one. I released this char 3 years ago.... main credits goes to AngelM who made the basis. I was so flamed & bashed at Guild that I never released his slightly last update: the palette was fixed for temma gou zankuu move & his AI was corrected cuz he spammed too much his shoryuken. Thanks guys for welcoming. For those think the fight is overpowered, u will notice it's overall the fact of zero, less from krizalid & benimaru lol. I found Electronic-Krizalid somewhere in a Baidu-chinese website... I don't remember the link, I need to re-search him, sorry for now.
