Name sounds OP but he's really not. Awesome character for a sonic collection and good with combos. He's fast. I

also re sized him because he was really small.

I'm guessing he's rare since I haven't seen him on any forms or ever made for Mugen..Well I found him. He plays well and has all his moves from what I've played. He's made by Alexandre XandeGraf. Sorry if the post layout is wrong..I looked off other posts to see what they looked like. I'll get the hang of it. Works in Mugen 1.0

Well, Hi everyone. I think 2 months ago I downloaded Mugen and just got addicted to it. Now I love it. I soon hope to figure out how to create characters. I will upload my stage creations and character finds here. Well. That's really it! xD
