Well, If you don't think he's balanced you can always change his Attack an Defense, To me he is, it's not like his punches do a crap ton of damage and everything. It might just be I have health set to 200% so.

I like him a lot and he's pretty random. Author is Nonobe and he works for 1.0 he's a character that's easy to control an he's got a good AI Enjoy!

But he can be beat if you're good with any character, Basic/OP/etc. I can beat him with Sonic. So he's not that bad. Decent AI and no sound clips or anything. His big beam attack can be deadly and spammed. But I have not seen the AI spam this move. Works with 1.0 and enjoy.

He's good to play as, But his AI is really easy, and he's HD as you can see. And yeah I recommend him. He's got some good specials an hypers.

Not that I know of, I don't think hes been made since they're are SNES versions.

Agreed. But he surprisingly plays well. The're are better sprites for creating these chars also.
