Honestly she plays quite nicely. I was a bit worried but really its not bad. Definately keeping her in my roster and keeping an eye on any updates she gets.

I second that Pidgeotto, i love MB edits.

I got my hands on Tohka as i managed to get into Mugen Association (Somehow).

But their "Level" Restriction is making it VERY difficult to get stuff. As i keep getting prompted with a Level Message that sometimes i press like 10 times before it brings me back to the same exact page i was at last.

I've seen these 2 chars + Kurumi in Cafe Naver, but i can't seem to get in Cafe Naver. Everytime i try i get an error which i don't understand.

Anyone have these 2? I have Kurumi but not Tohka or Kotori.

Here you go, just delete the .sff and rename "Weis_A - Copy.sff" to "Weis_A.sff" and the same to Scharlachrot :)

Reason for that is the ones i have using are the ones with Ports for the UNIB SP. So unless your using that then switch to the Backups :)

Ok, before anyone freaks out, let me explain what Project EXCEED is. Read the spoiler for all the info as i do not want to fill this thread with descriptions.

Yes, it is a compile. No, i am not going to publicly release this. I know all too well the views on compiles in the mugen community.

 

The reason i chose to even announce this project publicly was because i am going to privately share this with friends and i thought it might interest some people.

 

I take NO credit for ANYTHING in this project EXCEPT For the following:

 

- Stage Edits (Zoom Enabled w/Sprite Editing so it doesn't crop)

- The Ports

 

That's it. NOTHING Else. I have put a massive disclaimer in all of my videos + on the youtube channel.

 

So then why am i sharing this with the communities when i know its not received well?

 

Well because, i think Mugen battles are entertaining, and that's mostly what i upload on this channel anyway.

 

If the community wishes me to take this thread down or not share this, then say so and i'll stop sharing it here. (Not assuming anything, just saying).

 

Again this is a PRIVATE, non-public project that I will share with my friends. And before you ask "Why even do this?"

 

Its because i am VERY Picky on what i put in my mugen roster. Characters + Stages.

 

and i mean VERY Picky. I only put in the Highest Quality content. Nothing less.

 

If you want an example of how picky i am, i recently had 210 stages in my mugen. Today, i did a cleanout. I created a 2nd select.def, opened my existing one, opened 2 folders of the same directory and made a new stages folder, then i opened mugen and played through every stage i had, all 210. Keeping the ones that were very good and ignoring the ones that i didn't like. Copying the file names to the new Select. Then when i was finished, i deleted my old Select and old Stages folder. From the 210 stages, i am left with 87.

 

Its not easy to find high quality stuff nowadays. Its really not. Alot of the best made stages are rare or hard to find. 

 

The reason im doing this is because its VERY time consuming and VERY Tiring to search for, download, extract, test stages/characters. Especially when you don't like them in the end. 

 

Anyway, im done rambling.

And i see, how do i find out wut values to set the Pos, Range and Scale?

Ok...i have spent 3 hours looking for tutorials, or videos on how to do this...but i've only found threads of people posting this question...and my issue here hasn't been resolved.

Currently i am using the Enigma SP, as i prefer to use 850 x 480, as it is the True HD resolution for Mugen. 

the Lifebars i am using is Cyberia Style 7, but i am starting to get tired of em, i have been using em for MONTHS.

Now, there are some Lifebars that i want to use that are 1280 x 720, but of course, if u use em in a 850 x 480 SP, their gonna be huge.

How exactly would i go about rescaling the lifebars to fit my screen?

I have tried changing all the scale value's in the Fight.def to a lower value, but as i suspected, u would need to also change the Pos of the Lifebars so they move to the edge and fit on ur screen, however i have no idea wut coords to put in or if the scales i've inputted are correct.

And, as an additional question, is changing the lifebar values the same for every 1280 x 720 LB, if i wanted to make them 850 x 480? Would i change the values to the same values on every 1280 x 720 lifebar if i wanted to use them?

Oh, and the lifebars are V Nix's V 1.1 Lifebars.
