Hmmm, I don't appear to have the same one as in the video.
Different hit sounds, no bubble thing on block (unless thats the opponent's thing), and the one I download seems to spawn a clone right at the start.SSBK most likely edited the first 2 in his mugen and for the clone thing theres guide somewhere to fix that, you can find it in a google search.
