interesting, i'm guessing this characterss belong to an anime or manga series, the sprites are from a particular game or where originaly made by the autor for mugen?

Sometimes Pre-to uses melty blood sprites for the human characters but most of the time their from scratch.

I haven't seen something like that, try running a scan on your comp to see if anything is acting up.

I really do like this stage, although I wish there were separate DEFs for day, dawn, night versions but still good.

Cool stage, somewhat fits the post apocalyptic setting to me for some reason.

Pretty interesting concept, and quite humorous how they put the sesame street character on SF bodies.

The game keeps freezing everytime I am about to land the final blow >-<

I don't even think there are enough sprites to even make them into actual characters, unless you can edit them.
