First, I'll give you credit for a nice full game.
What's up with Liu Kang's portrait, his hands look deformed (why not use the original portrait?).
The throws from the characters could use a little work, looks like they just throw characters across the screen not seen in UMK3.

Change the character's local cord in the def file to 320,240 for a desirable size for Chun Li.
