    90% of Kof Edit Mugen material being private is bit of an exaggeration, and i wouldn't really call it private either, more like exclusive for people of their ethnicity.     Uh, I watched the video, downloaded the one from the collection(Tin's), played with it and didn't notice any differences. Maybe it passed my eyes but whats different from the one in the video?
