Bacon egg n cheese

I wanted to find a char of Ryu that i played in my old pc. he has the SF3 sprites, one of his specials is the iron man MvC1 Laser beam and one of his palletes is based is red hulk. i wanna find this character because every place that i searched he doenst appeared(I can't search for the character in my old pc because i don't have him anymore)
