Honestly I can never come up with ideas for palettes for the female characters so what I do is just mix them in or take ideas I'm already using on the male characters on them so it's equal.

Hey guys I know that in order to resize and allign smaller characters you have to edit the local cord but I seem to have trouble finding it in many of the characters I have for mugen.
