I'm not sure, but it might be a compatibility issue with the latest Nightly build if you're using it. I had the same problem then went back to a prior nightly..

Hm...quick question how many bonus missions does it support... I make all all my bosses bonus missions along with the few mini games and the screen freaks out when scrolling.
