I understand where you're coming from but, in each battle both characters are given the power add code to slowly refill their meters. Why do I do this? I like seeing supers. In the Sagat VS Genjuro fight, Sagat isn't given the power add code because of how Divinewolf created him. Here is an insert from his read me file
The above two skills I highlighted when combo'd with the auto refill super meter makes for an extremely broken character. When I was recording the above video Sagat curb stomped Genjuro EVERY single round but once I took away his auto refill meter the result was a more balanced fight.
