Can you play Blue-Eyes White Dragon in a Mugen Nijikaku Mugen aracde please?

That's a Nice Video about a Nijiura Character can you please do a Mugen Video where either everybody from Nijiura/Fabatu Channel hates Blue-Eyes White Dragon or could you post some Windows OS-Tan vs Blue-Eyes White Dragon Video I've haven't seen any of them on YouTube yet so if you could do 1 of those 2 things that would be nice.

I'm not very good at Spriteing so can you guys help and we all gather some thoughts together on how this character would preform so if this post seems not as good I'm new here so I might have to learn how to do forums better as I make posts.
