W00t, yeah sweet that some creators from DOS-MUGEN era times still hang around.
Btw yea, the compatibility tweak would kinda be desired.

Huh, that’s been over a decade like that already…
Well, I’ll just say I find fascinating how some people want a char simply for the sake of it. Despite not looking or acting like the original model.
Then again there’s Pingu.
-
Do you mean the original one?
Here you go:

Also for some reason the char got so much overhyped during the previous decade that it spawned millions of edits. Why, I don’t know. -
Oh, never mind. It’s the other one, in more recent posts.
-
Dang, they sacked the character list. Does anyone have a copy or screenshots of it?

Wasn’t Maron Namikaze just a WIP?
-
Even though it’s very likely to be a genre parody, I’ve never heard about this in my entire life…

Genghis Khan “potato-faces” lmao

Even tho Ranma and Inuyasha got their arcade fighters years ago and thus many conversions, I didn’t give Lum a chance at all. Yet it’s here at the end of the day. Nice work!
-
Yes, it’s by the Bugs Bunny creator and it’s an original character.

Alloy is actually a valuable piece, shouldn’t be missing (and I know who the author is). Even tho the link was posted earlier. So just saying - nothing more, nothing less.

Burning Ranger made Ming Ming in the very first years, unfortunately unavailable…

Actually I want to talk about a lost edit of Neco-Arc that will probably be lost forever. This edit was made by a user named "⑨" (& yes that was their actual username btw), who is mostly well known for converting Melty Blood & Big Band Beat characters into the M.U.G.E.N engine. This character was created sometime in 2009 & it was actually available to download on their old website for a while before disappearing by late 2009. Unfortunately when July 2014 rolled around, the character was completely gone because Wayback Machine literally failed to archive the character! Even if the website still had the character, it has been shut down since March 31st, 2016 & "⑨" themselves has created a new website since then (with absolutely no trace of that Neco-Arc edit).
There's only one image of this edit online (can be seen on the right) & it has stayed lost for almost a decade now. During the time when this edit of Neco-Arc was up on the website, it was called "Abandon Production" where you used to download it (seen at the bottom left corner). What makes this edit special is that it had multiple different gameplay modes & it's probably the most accurate Neco-Arc that you'll ever see, as it's just like ⑨'s other conversions.
If the author is reading this reply, then I recommend that you should add this edit into the collection by labeling as "Offline" for oblivious reasons because as I said before the character is lost & I want more people to be aware of this lost edit of Neco-Arc's existence. That's all I need to ask here, I hope you have a good day people!
In the case it was an edit and not a conversion (like probs everything else), whose Neco-Arc was the base? Toma, Doburoku or something different? -

No. Seems like New Age of KFM is a missing char at the moment. Is the author by GATT, or "hands of God"?
Update (7 mins later):
Nvm, I found it.
New Age of KFM by GATT https://web.archive.org/web/20060420225303/http://www.geocities.jp/mtv_009w/mfile/NAOK.zip
Sweet, thx man!

There’s an entire collection of Rikard’s creations here btw.
-
Lmao dat one
-
Andre Lopes’ normal R.Mika, that’s some obscurity now (since he dropped her for some reason). Nice work!
-
Is any of them called "New Age of KFM"? I'm aware most of these aren't by hands of God but I've been curious about this one.

There's been VGMax Manami for a good couple of years, made by Juke Kisaragi. He used to have a different website, I can't list the archived page anymore. In short how the time flew, he dropped FH Pachet, QOH Lemmy and this one. But Pachet and Lemmy were each one conversion per game. Why he got rid of Manami but maintained the other VGMax girls, I have no idea.
This is the char, untouched:

Is that xjuninho’s Poc Sakura available since the link doesn’t redirect anywhere? I’m kinda curious cuz it’s the very last Pocket Fighter incarnation where I’m looking for a non-Kong version.

It makes me wonder, what the designs and fighting styles were based on and how they were connected to the real girls at its time.
Anyway, Valgallah contributed with Nozomi Tsuji recently, the website remains the same.

Holy cow, didn't expect such a big kickstart of this franchise 2D-fication for this engine once again. Glad to see. On the other hand Chucho's Momo WIP videos stopped almost 2 years ago so not sure whether I'll be very positive about that.

There are multiple MUGEN communities rather than just one and it’s been like that for a decade and half or so. Not all kids are focused on cartoon chars but those who are generally form something… well… if you are sober, stay out.
