There's a small typo in both of their DEFs, causing them to crash on 1.0. On Pal 7, there's a colon : instead of a semicolon ; . Replacing the colon with a semicolon will fix this and allow them to play on 1.0.

Both also include a custom AI by Shio.

Yeah but I miss alot of secret factors(I'll be replaying those stages again) and I only got S on some mini games(the lovers mini game is kinda hard to do).

I got most of the secret factors, but my friend helped me get around eight of them. Just beat The Lovers second form with a perfect. you can get hurt a little bit before the fight with the first form, but it only gives you a 40% life-boost. So try not to get hurt allot in the first part, and keep a perfect until you beat the second form.

Oingo and Boing are the funniest yet most unsuccsesful villians aside from the idiot.They are WAY more interesting though...

Personally I thought the VS Mariah chapters were the funniest. But the Oingo Boingo ones where super funny.

Sounds like someone's trying to get the secret factor for Jotaro VS Dio. That one was so fun to do, had to be one of my favorite ones to get.
