Well, I added a counter to both Scotts as well as a rolling dodge mechanic and a spinning kick Hyper. They also have moves uniqur to them, like Scott's gun taunt, whose attributes I've taken from a Brawl Mod, and Nega Scott's Knee super, which I felt needed to be added in order to make him complete. That's pretty much it.

Just updated Gudine.
Removed the frame advantage problems and the infinite problems.

So far, I need to fix some sprites, but I've already done damage and the WIP is released. I'm just making the tweaks now for him.
