Upgrading a encrypted mugen screenpack. Is there a technical reason for the encryption on some screen packs? Or is the author just stopping people from editing? I just wanted to turn a screenpack from winmugen into mugen 1.1 All the files are hidden in an encryption. Here is the screenpack I am trying to fix: Unreal Screenpack

I have tried to remove the tag system from these characters. I have testet it a little. If you go into the main cns file in the folder of your selected character. press ctrl + f and search for 5900. Remove every state with 5900 from the code and save. This removed the tag for me. I tested it with Chris_Kofe, and it worked. Need more time to test for bugs, but so far I have him fighting at the same time with his parter, without tagging out. I Assume you have to do this with every character to remove the tag system.
