Can anybody get the mega download one to work? it just loads and never opens anything...

Hello i have some mugen characters, that have a small problem, each time i play it changes the palette of the character on any part, take for example this model Z and lancer... Model Z is supposed to be red and its on a turquoise color, meanwhile lancer is supposed to be blue with red and its yellow... help?
