Every month a panel of select members of the community get together to discuss some of the month's hottest releases.


	OVERVIEW

	Spoiler LEGEND Long ago, a secret society was formed. Their goal was to oppose superstition, stagnation, and crowd influence in the Mugen community. "The order of the day," they wrote in their general statutes, "is to put an end to the machinations of the purveyors of injustice, to control them without dominating them." For years, this group had convened in secret, and were even vilified by those who claimed they were responsible for certain major events. Many influential intellectuals and progressive authors counted themselves as members. They called themselves "Judges". Every month, they convened in secret for one sole purpose: To pass Monthly Judgement on those they deemed worthy. Introducing, the MFFA Monthly Judgment! BECOME A JUDGE Join the ranks and volunteer yourself as a Judge here. Every month, Judges gather members of the community together to give their thoughts on some of the forum's hottest releases. Judges each submit and review one of their favorite characters released on the forum, which the entire panel will judge based on 2 main areas: Presentation and Functionality.
