[PC] Sonic Heroes launcher problem

Every time I try to start the launcher I get a message saying "SONIC HEROES ™ has stopped working" after I click Play game on the menu screen. I have Windows 7, and I have no idea what to do. Please help.

There have same problem with my friend, because his pc is 7, have you tried to use "compatibility mode"?

No I haven't, but which service pack or whatever do I use if im on 7?

I don't see what your problem is. Windows 7 and Sonic Heroes are completely compatible, even in 64-bit.

I don't see what your problem is. Windows 7 and Sonic Heroes are completely compatible, even in 64-bit.
