Guile Ex v1.95 by N64Mario, Edit by CGX. Mugen version:WinMugen and 1.0

Includes SFA3 and Custom mode(preselected), many new moves and supers. Still, the best Guile version for me.

Some balance fixes by CGX (infinite on jab,damage values and slowed down power charge to 5 sec ). Includes rugal2's ending.
