How to change MK Project Portrait in tower?

im have changed my Shao Kahn potrait for my future mugen project but im dont know why, it keep holding the old one look (left is old right is new)

if someone can pls help me into changing this portrait

update: finally found how! just find the same image in your fighter files in fighter factory

in mine:

image 1: sprite 1

image 2: sprite 435
