I have two questions [Mugen Related]

Question 1: In 2025, is there some sort of .rar / .zip cracking tool for password protected files? I have some old Mugen characters that are locked inside of a .zip or .rar.

 

 

I was kinda hoping in the future there would be a way to crack into these zips so I can finally play/test these characters.

 

 

Question 2: Have you ever seen or encountered anything like this?

 

Do you see the little yellow locks on all the files but the sound file? I've never encountered this with any character ever expect for all the characters by this author "RMH"  

 

Here's the weirdest thing. You notice that these characters were already unzipped and put into my chars folder right? So how is it now they are locked? Clearly I had unzipped and added them into Mugen way back in 2012.... So how did these files get locked? (Lauched this recently with an old external HD and when Mugen crashed that's how I found out.)

 

 It's the same issue with every character made by this author that I had downloaded.  Has anyone else ever seen this kind of thing?
