This mugen consists of ONLY 6000+ cheap, overpowered, crazy AI-controlled characters. meaning, this mugen is the craziest one yet, crazier than the winmugen cheapie project of 3000+ characters. There is not (well, somewhat) a single balanced character on the site, so if you are part of the balanced fighting game community, this will literally have you either fuming or shitting your pants. So, I definitely recommend steering away from this MUGEN. I WILL admit though that realistically, there's over 5000+ cheapies in this mugen meaning, while this is 99% cheapies there is that 1% that is normal BUT not really normal but like semi-balanced and semi-crazy. so expect that.
 

The stages are over 900+ because with a project like this, this is more focused on the characters therefore stages don't matter in this case. here are some more descriptive disclaimers and warnings when obtaining this mugen:

• Use at Your Own Risk
  These characters may crash the game, freeze the screen, or cause unresponsiveness due to extreme coding or infinite loops.
   
• Not for Low-End PCs
  Many cheap/OP characters consume high CPU or RAM usage and can cause lag or system slowdown, especially on older machines.
   
• May Break Arcade/Survival Modes
  Some characters auto-win rounds, instantly kill opponents, or stall indefinitely, making modes like Arcade or Survival pointless or unplayable.
