Wacky Character Concepts

Here are 3 (at the time of this posting) characters ideas if someone wants to make them:

 

General Requirements

• Must be compatible with M.U.G.E.N. 1.0 and above
• Must have MVC-styled moveset structure (6 buttons, super jump, chain combos, air combos, hypers, supers - the whole 9 yards) with Bregrsart-style scaling AI
• No spriteswaps
• Must have custom sprites (can be any style (CPS2, CPS3, etc.) so as long as it's not Amateur/Child Art-tier) 
• Must not be overly cheap/OP
• Must not be scaled to JUS/Jump Pocket-style characters

 

Character 1: King Harkinian (Zelda CD-i Games)

Bio: King Harkinian is a jolly, but fat king who rules the land of Hyrule and is the poster boy of Youtube Poop in general. He likes to say "My Boy" towards Link and was a strict king when he orders his guards to scrub all the floors of Hyrule, he also really likes dinner in general. He left his castle to help his cousin Duke Onkled to battle against the evil forces of Ganon, who's attacking the people of Gamelon, but after a month of absence, it turns out he was captured and Onkled was helping the warlock in exchange for power and having Link imprisoned into a mirror by him, leaving with no choice, Zelda must fight all by herself in order to release her father.

 

Playstyle: Harkinian is a middle heavyweight character that runs very fast and jumps high for some reason despite his actual weight. He always carries his signature goblet, which he uses it as his main weapon.

Character 2: I.M. Meen

Bio: I.M. Meen is the main antagonist of his game of the same name. He is a crazy old librarian who trapped the kids in his book and locked them up in his cage. His powers include shooting magic, spinning around and teleporting in front of the freed kid just to laugh at you. He also has a backstabbing lackey named Gnorris, who will help the kid in freeing the kids and defeat his former master, as well as a wife named Ophellia Chill, who also traps kids with her book too.

 

Playstyle: As the OG fighter of Smash Bros. Lawl, he is a balanced middleweight character that has below average stats, but his falling speed is very slow; also has zoning/summoner playstyle properties

Character 3: King Dedede (Kirby Right Back at Ya!)

Bio: King Dedede is one of the principal characters and supporting villains of the anime series Kirby: Right Back at Ya!. He is a large blue portly bird-like man who proclaims himself the king of Dream Land and resides with his court in Castle Dedede. He claims jurisdiction and authority over the people of Cappy Town, but they often ignore him in this regard. This behavior prompts Dedede to try and force their attention by calling monsters into Dream Land using the Night Mare Enterprises monster delivery system, though placing him in perpetual debt to N.M.E. in the process while his monsters are bested by Kirby. Playstyle: KRBAY! Dedede is a heavyweight fighter, able to dish damage with his mighty hammer. However, due to the show not showcasing much of his abilities, KRBAY! Dedede isn't as strong as his game version and lacks such moves like Dedede's Inhale, The Super Dedede Jump, the Slide Tackle, practically every move that game Dedede can do. However, what he lacks in abilities, he makes up for in his beautiful Texan accent. During moves, Dedede will spout lines and chuckle every so often.
