WinMugen Rainbow v2 w/ 581 Slots

I did state in a previous post that I will be updating to v2 of winmugen rainbow and here it is. the reason is because I do prefer lighter versions of a rainbow. hopefully you guys enjoy this one. this consists of the following starter chars: 
Dream of The Rainbow, Rainbow ALSIEL, Rainbow Factory, Rainbow_Killer_Colonel and The_Will_of_Rainbow
It does come with music but unfortunately, it doesn't play for some reason. also, I could not for some reason change the lifebars colors so ig you have to deal with the default lifebars.
